Oh, good catch! I don't know a good way to test this, can you send instructions on how to test fsInit failures to the mailing list (rib@lists.01.org) please...

Oh, and I think it was only d27e46 that caused the regression (my commit)...

Run RIB from local copy using chrome without any option can trigger fsInit failure,
For example, you can run "google-chrome index.html" in RIB source directory.
